ICJ Instructs Israel to ‘Ensure Without Delay’ That Humanitarian Aid Reaches Gaza to Prevent Famine

Twitter Post By Jamie McIntyre

ICJ instructs Israel to ‘ensure without delay’ that humanitarian aid reaches Gaza to prevent famine

Following a recent request from South Africa to the International Court of Justice for urgent action, this directive aims to address reports of widespread starvation in Gaza.

Previously, South Africa had brought Israel to the ICJ, alleging genocide during the conflict, a claim later deemed “plausible” by the top court.

Would Israel win the worse Global citizen on the planet?

Like they want an exception to genocide their neighbours, and steal their land and starve who hasn’t been bombed and shot to death, yet play the victims somehow. Would the world be a better place without Israel?

Sam Bankman-Fried Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison — as Judge Rips him as Power-obsessed Scammer

Sam Bankman-Fried Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison — as Judge Rips Him as Power-obsessed Scammer

By Ben Kochman and Kyle Schnitzer

A Manhattan judge ripped Sam Bankman-Fried as a remorseless scammer obsessed with political power as he sentenced the dethroned crypto king to 25 years in prison Thursday — five months after he was found guilty of stealing more than $8 billion from customers of his now-bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX.

Judge Lewis Kaplan said the 32-year-old former billionaire owner of the popular FTX trading platform “presented himself as the good guy” in favor of “appropriate regulation of the crypto industry” — but that his friendly persona was just an “act.”

“He did it because he wanted to be a hugely, hugely politically influential person in this country,” Kaplan said inside a packed federal courtroom in Manhattan. The judge then blasted the fallen mogul as having an “apparent lack of any real remorse.”

Bankman-Fried was also ordered to pay back more than $11 billion to FTX’s users, investors and lenders — but it was unclear Thursday how much of that sum he’d be able to pay.

The judge delivered the sentence — which was less than one-fourth of the 110-year max that Bankman-Fried faced and well under the 40-to-50 years prosecutors suggested   after the disgraced tech whiz delivered a 20-minute, meandering mea culpa to the court.

Wearing light tan jail garb and with his trademark messy black hair — which had been tightly cropped during the trial — grown back out, Bankman-Fried said he was “sorry about what happened at every stage.” He admitted that he had let down “everyone that I care about, and everything that I care about.”

Bankman-Fried was found guilty of seven conspiracy and fraud counts after a month-long trial in Manhattan

But he continued to chalk up FTX’s November 2022 implosion to a series of “bad decisions,” rather than what the feds called a brazen crime: looting the accounts of tens of thousands of users to pay off debts, buy a luxury penthouse and donate tens of millions of dollars to politicians.

Before ordering Bankman-Fried to stand to hear his fate, Judge Kaplan said he was unconvinced by the former magnate’s attempt at an apology.

“He knew it was wrong. He knew it was criminal,” the judge said, as Bankman-Fried sat at the defense table with his hands clasped tightly together in front of him.

“He regrets that he made a very bad bet about the likelihood of being caught,” he added.

The judge cited damning testimony from Caroline Ellison — Bankman-Fried’s ex-girlfriend and business partner who became the government’s star witness — that the convicted fraudster was willing to lie and steal if he believed the ends would justify the means.

“There is a risk that this man will be in a position to do something very bad in the future, and it’s not a trivial risk,” Kaplan told the court. “So, in part, my sentence will be for the purpose of disabling him — to the extent that can be done — for a significant amount of time.”

“There is absolutely no doubt that Mr. Bankman-Fried’s name right now is pretty much mud around the world, but one of the things he is is persistent, and another of the things he is is a great marketing guy,” the judge added.

Bankman-Fried’s company was worth $40 billion at its peak.

Bankman-Fried did not show noticeable emotion when the sentence was read, or when federal marshals led him from the courtroom in shackles.

But after hearing her son’s fate, his mother, Stanford Law professor Barbara Fried, burst into tears and placed her hands over her face from her seat in the gallery’s first row.

During his rambling address, Bankman-Fried maintained his actions “weren’t selfish” and said his “useful life” was over.

“I failed everyone that I care about and everything that I care about, too,” he said, standing with his head bowed and occasionally glancing at the judge.

“A lot of people feel really let down, and and they were right, they were, were very let down. I’m sorry about that. I’m sorry about what happened at every stage,” he continued.

Near the end of his speech, his right knee began twitching uncontrollably.

“My useful life is probably over,” he added. “It’s been over for a while now, from before my arrest.”

Bankman-Fried has been in jail since August after Judge Kaplan revoked his bail after finding that he tampered with witnesses, including by leaking Ellison’s diary to a journalist.

The judge suggested Thursday that Bankman-Fried be sent to a medium-security prison near his family’s home in Northern California, or to a more comfortable low-security lockup if the federal Bureau of Prisons sees fit.

Once inside, Bankman-Fried may be able to shave off a considerable chunk of his sentence — perhaps as high as 40 or 50 percent — with good behavior, said Mark Bini, a veteran prosecutor turned defense lawyer at white-shoe law firm Reed Smith. This means he could serve as little as 12.5 years behind bars.

The 25-year sentence pales in comparison to the fate of notorious fraudster Bernie Madoff, who Bankman-Fried was at times compared to amid his company’s collapse. Madoff was hit with a 150-year sentence after pleading guilty in the same Manhattan courthouse to charges from his massive Ponzi scheme.

“I genuinely fear for Sam’s life in the typical prison environment,” Fried wrote to the court.

A separate trial over Bankman-Fried’s alleged campaign finance violations that could have shed more light on his history of political donations — which include hefty contributions to Democrats like President Joe Biden and undisclosed “dark” payouts that benefitted top Republicans — was scuttled in December.

Prosecutors said that there was a “strong public interest” in sentencing Bankman-Fried as soon as possible given the massive forfeiture that would be set aside for victims.

The feds had also yet to secure permission from Bahamian officials that they needed to pursue the campaign finance charges under an extradition deal, US prosecutors said.

Bankman-Fried had also been hit with an explosive charge of bribing at least one Chinese official $40 million to help unfreeze a trading account that he owned, but that allegation also never made it to trial.

He has continued to maintain that he did not commit any crimes, and plans to appeal his conviction.

The Globalists ie Israel Criminal Elites Want to Flood the West With Massive Legal and Illegal Immigration Because Why?

Twitter Post By Jamie McIntyre

The Globalists ie Israel criminal elites want to flood the West with massive legal and illegal immigration because why?

A) because they also allow mass immigration into their country and only want racism laws forced upon the West for defending against racists (like themselves perhaps who genocide their neighbors)?

B) as nations are flooded with excess and unsuitable immigration policies, lose a national identity, and become divided which enables the minorities taking over the country more easily hide, and is part of the One World Government Agenda ie banish nationalism and Nationalist leaders by allowing no majority National ethnicity left?

And to prop up their banks as they would collapse without a mass increase in population in America most illegal immigrants will vote for Biden as their Globalist puppet.

C) let me get back to you.

Ex-cop, Former NRL Star, Justin Poore Speaks Out After Being Stood Down from NSW Police Over Vaccine

Ex-cop, Former NRL Star, Justin Poore Speaks Out After Being Stood Down from NSW Police Over Vaccine

By Jack Evans

An ex-cop and former State of Origin star says he’s been “treated worse than a criminal” after being stood down over the Covid-19 vaccine.

Former NRL player turned cop Justin Poore found himself all but begging for his job back as he and dozens of former NSW police colleagues seek to overturn a vaccine-based sacking.

Poore once donned jerseys for the Dragons, the Eels, and the NSW Blues in the State of Origin.

Poore once signed a $1m contract when moving from the Dragons to the Eels in 2012.

Now, he has spoken out about his contentious dismissal from the NSW Police Force over Covid-19 vaccination mandates.

“It’s been hard,” Poore told A Current Affair, at times through tears, on Thursday night.

“I’ve been treated worse than a criminal.”

Poore’s employment with the NSW police force was abruptly halted in 2021 when he was among 55 officers dismissed for refusing to comply with the vaccination mandate.

Recounting his ordeal, Poore explained the toll it took on his mental health, spiralling into a severe depression for two years, often struggling to even get out of bed.

“I loved being a cop,” Poore said.

The catalyst for Poore’s dismissal was his refusal to adhere to the vaccine mandate.

“I started to ask questions,” he explained.

“No one could answer my questions, no one could tell me what was in it, and they couldn’t tell me any long-term data that they had on it, and I didn’t want to take the risk.”

Former NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller’s directive mandated vaccination for all officers.

Those who refused were dismissed under section 181D of the Police Act, a measure typically reserved for severe misconduct.

Indeed, accused double murderer and former NSW Police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon was removed from the force under Section 181D.

Poore and others faced dire consequences.

Poore played for the St George Illawarra Dragons, Parramatta Eels and even had a State of Origin call-up.

Poore played for the St George Illawarra Dragons, Parramatta Eels and even had a State of Origin call-up.

“This is used to remove corrupt police officers, people that forge subpoenas, people that steal money, people that steal drugs,” Poore added.

Poore highlighted the challenges former officers face in securing alternative employment due to the stigma attached to their dismissal.

“Not only am I classified as a ‘corrupt police officer’, it’s ruined any job prospects that I wanted to have,” Poore lamented.

“You’re untouchable, no one is going to touch you.”

Despite his qualifications as a plumber, which enable him to provide for his family, Poore remains resolute in his desire to reclaim his position in the force.

He views the recruitment of unvaccinated officers juxtaposed with his dismissal as “vindictive.”

The NSW Police issued a statement, defending their actions and reaffirming the legality of the directive.

According to the statement, officers who failed to comply with the lawful direction were subject to removal under section 181D, with no avenue for reappointment. Those who resigned prior to breaching the mandate were eligible for reconsideration.

Global Population Set To Fall For First Time In 700 Years

Global Population Set To Fall For First Time In 700 Years

By Steve Watson

The last time was after the Black Death bubonic plague pandemic.

A major study published in scientific journal The Lancet has found that the global population will start to fall within decades due to vastly reduced fertility rates and may never recover.

The study, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, found that by the year 2050, 155 of 204 countries are on course to have birth rates lower than required to sustain the population level.

It notes that as of 2021, the “total fertility rate” worldwide was 2.23, hovering only just above the 2.1 children per woman needed to maintain population growth.

That figure has fallen from 4.84 in 1950, with researchers predicting it will decrease to 1.83 in 2050 and go as low as 1.59 by 2100.

Dramatic declines in global fertility rates set to transform global population patterns by 2100, new GBD Capstone study suggests.

The study notes that by that time only 26 countries will have birth rates that outpace the number of people dying, with “most of the world transitioning into natural population decline”.

A fall in population would mark the first time in seven centuries such an occurrence has taken place.

The last time it happened was after the Black Death bubonic plague pandemic killed as many as 50 million people in the mid-1300s, reducing the global population from 400 million to 350 million.

Commenting on the study, it’s co-author Dr Natalia Bhattacharjee said declining fertility rates “will completely reconfigure the global economy and the international balance of power and will necessitate reorganising societies”.

Bhattacharjee, lead research scientist at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington, also noted that a major consequence will be increased immigration from countries where there is still a “baby boom,” such as sub-Saharan Africa, in order to make up workforce shortages in nations with aging populations.

Professor Stein Emil Vollset, senior author from IHME, also noted that the world is “facing staggering social change through the 21st century” due to population decline.

The findings are exactly what the likes of Elon Musk have been warning of for years, describing population decline as a ‘civilisational threat’ and urging that humanity is literally going to disappear if something is not done to reverse the trend.

While Eco loons rage about ‘moral issues’ with having children, the potential causes of fertility decline, such as plastics and chemical shrinking penises and sperm counts, are relatively ignored.

The stark reality is that birth rates globally are collapsing and almost every country is on course to have shrinking populations by the end of the century.

In countries like South Korea and Japan, there are twice as many people are dying as there are being born. You don’t have to be a mathematic genius to do the calculations on what’s going to happen very soon.

These countries are already considering embracing mass migration, with South Korea’s Justice Minister recently declaring the country faces a “demographic catastrophe” and potential extinction otherwise.

Despite this horrifying reality, it is now commonplace in modern culture for young people to genuinely believe they need to abandon their human instincts to reproduce, all for the greater good:

THE GREAT CASH GRAB! Aussies Planning to Protest Tap and Go Society With ‘Cash Out Day’

THE GREAT CASH GRAB! Aussies Planning to Protest Tap and Go Society With ‘Cash Out Day’

THE GREAT CASH GRAB!

Do you reckon enough people are waking up to the cashless agenda?!?

Aussies planning to protest tap and go society with ‘cash out day’

“Pro-cash activists are expected to flock to ATMs to withdraw money next week in protest of Australia’s move to a cashless society.

Dubbed “Draw Out Some Cash Day”, demonstrators intend to take out sums of $20 or more on Tuesday with the hope of pouring cash back into businesses.

“Everyone who can, go to your banks ATM and draw out some cash,” reads a social media post.

Pro-cash activists will take to ATMs to withdraw money next week in protest of Australia’s move to a cashless society.

“If everyone did this it would draw thousands of $$$ out into the community and banks will be running around to refill ATMs.

“We want this to go nationwide. Tell your friends. Never let cash vanish.”

The campaign has been circulating across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook under the hashtag “CashIsKing” and follows the lead of other social media pro-cash movements.

Demonstrators plan to take out cash with the hope of pouring it back into businesses.

But it comes as the viability of the nation’s main cash transportation company Armaguard, comes into doubt.

In a leaked memo, Coles Liqour informed staff that a 1.5 week pause on Armaguard cash collections could affect transactions at some Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and First Choice stores.

It noted change reserves could be impacted during this period and encouraged staff to ask for card payments.

Coles told 9news.com.au: “Due to industry wide challenges with cash movements, we are taking some temporary steps to prepare for disruption to Armaguard services”.

“We are not transitioning to cashless transactions.”

Armaguard, the nation's main cash transportation provider, is facing insolvency

Armaguard, the nation’s main cash transportation provider, is facing insolvency.

Armaguard recently advised banks that “the challenge of rapidly declining cash use” has put the viability of their business at risk.

If Armaguard were to stop delivering bank notes, and cash was to become no longer available, banks and regulators worry the implications could impact consumer trust across the broader financial system.

At the Australian Financial Review Banking Summit yesterday, chief executive of the Australian Banking Association Anna Bligh said banks and major retailers were currently in negotiations.

“The four major banks have combined in a consortium with the two big supermarkets Woolworths, Coles, Wesfarmers and Australia Post,” she said.

“Banks and the retail partners on this have really lent in to try and find something that can work, so that it would effectively buy some time for us and the cash and transit operator to think about what [the future will] look like.”

Bligh said she could not comment further on the talks, but acknowledged the rise of cashlessness will be the challenge of the next decade.

“You know, 10 years ago… no one was making a payment with their mobile phone or their watch, and it is now the fastest growing way of paying for goods and services,” she said.

“But there is still going to be a need for cash.”

Ukraine’s SBU Accuses Telegram of Cooperating with Russia’s FSB and Roskomnadzor, Whilst Ignoring Ukrainian Authorities

By AussieCossack

Ukraine’s SBU accuses Telegram of cooperating with Russia’s FSB and Roskomnadzor, whilst ignoring Ukrainian authorities.

“First of all, the SBU believes Telegram servers are in Russia. The owner and developers of Telegram are Russian citizens. The third is that we see clear cooperation between Telegram and Roskomnadzor and the FSB.

Telegram does not listen to the demands of Ukraine as it does to the demands of Russia.”

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budalov, called Telegram “a problem from the point of view of national security”.

West Australian Councillor Adrian McRae Continues to be Under Attack by the Australian Media this Morning over his Trip to Moscow as an International Observer for President Putin’s Election

By AussieCossack

West Australian Councillor Adrian McRae continues to be under attack by the Australian Media this morning over his trip to Moscow as an international observer for President Putin’s election.

In this latest report, Channel 7 has falsely claimed that Councillor McRae’s trip as an independent election observer was funded by the Russian Embassy.

The desperate MSM fake news are clutching at straws. Adrian McRae is a well known businessmen, philanthropist and entrepreneur who certainly is not in need of “funding from the Russian Embassy”.

What proof does Channel 7 have that the Russian Embassy “funded” Adrian McRae’s trip in Russia?
